I am moving from CA to MO in a week and this is my first time using a babysitter. My daughter is almost 3 and very good with communication, but a bit weary of strangers. I'd love to get to know someone through here and set a few times to see if it's a good fit. I'll probably start having a sitter a few days out of the week for a few hours before transitioning to full time
