Nanny Or Mother's Aide For 4 Month Baby Girl

We are looking a nanny or mother's aide for a baby girl (4 months). I am having to go to physical therapy and might be having surgery again so I will need help during that time with childcare and maybe some light housework as well. Once I am healed up and ready to go back to work, the hours will be more consistent on a weekly basis. Right now I am able to pay $15/hr. depending on experience and certifications. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, does not smoke, is comfortable around large breed dogs, able to assist with light housework and possible cooking.
