Hello! :) We're looking for a caring nanny for our two boys -- ages 3. 5 and 10 months -- in Kansas City starting in January. We can be flexible with the start date. 90% of the time will be spent with our younger son. (Our older son is in full-time preschool.) The schedule we're looking for is roughly 8-5, Monday through Friday, likely until around June (when we've been told there will probably be a daycare opening for our youngest). Qualities we're looking for in a nanny is experience specifically with older babies, a compassionate and kind nature, as well as a person who is self-motivated and dependable. Some light tidying up, occasional driving, as well as healthy meal planning and preparation would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
