Mother's Helper / Nanny Needed

Come October, I will be returning to work and our little family is looking for someone to care for my will-be 3-month-old while I work from home some days and work away other days. My schedule is unfortunately not set quite yet, but we will likely need someone to assist me 20-35 hours per week. I would like to baby wear her part of the days I'm home and give her as much mama time as I can while also working, so I would want to find someone who can assist me with some chores (dishes, light cleaning) while I work and wear her. As new parents, we're learning every day but we generally take a loose Montessori approach with her and we are very pro attachment theory, so we try to do everything we can to promote a healthy attachment between her and us.
