My boy/girl twins are 4 months old. They are on a 4 hour feeding schedule and their wake windows range from 1-2 hours with the most common being around 1. 5 hours. Their typical day is to wake up, change their diapers, feed them, interact (floor time, independent play, tummy time, sit in their sit-me-ups, work on motor skills, etc.), and listen to their sleep cues for them to go down for a nap. This is for every feed except the feed before their bedtime feed where they are immediately laid down until 1. 5-2 hours before that feed for some awake time before night feeds/sleep. They receive a bath every 2-4 days, earlier dependent upon spit up, slobber, etc. They are typically happy babies, but sometimes do require extra cuddles and/or attention, as all babies do. They enjoy teethers, Bluey toys, and toys that make noise/have bright lights.
