I work from home and needing care when I have meetings. My husband travels for work so we will not need someone the days or weeks he his home. Someone who is able to be flexible and adjust their schedule a week or few days in advance. Looking for someone who is not needing a set schedule or needing a certain amount of hours as it will change from week to week. Our baby is very sweet and just needs someone to hold him or rock him to sleep while I am in my meetings.
