My baby boy is currently 3 months old. Although I will have the hardest time being away from him, I have to return to work after maternity leave. I will need a nanny to come to the house to take care of him a couple days/week, possibly more. He will need to be fed, have his diaper changed throughout the day, and engage him in stimulating activities like reading, tummy time, and sensory games at a minimum. He is my whole world so looking for someone who I will feel comfortable leaving him with.
