Nanny Needed For 1 Child With Special Needs

My son is level 3 autism, I'm looking for someone whos fit to treat my child as if they're his own. I also need help when I need somebody to take him to the bus stop or have therapy (speech and occupational). He's a very good kid, both verbal/non verbal but he's very hyper as well so hopefully you can entertain him. I am opened to allowing him to go out instead of being cooped up inside the home.
