My 14-year-old son has Down Syndrome. Very easy. My daughter is 11 and understands him very well. I am recently divorced and have my kids every other weekend. I have coverage for them sometimes. I would give 1 to 2 weeks notice if I need a sitter. I am a muscian and have band jobs on the weekends. I would need coverage until 2 a.m. Sometimes earlier if we end at midnight.
