Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Columbia

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Our current nanny is starting a new career after 3. 5 years with us. Our oldest is in preschool twice a week currently with plans to go full time in August, so job will include preschool drop off and pick up. We provide a car for driving children. We are a 2 physician household so early mornings and reliability are incredibly important. Days start at 6:30, with the occasional later start time. Variable end times, but will know short days and long days about a month in advance. 40 hours guaranteed a week. Our current nanny has not gone over 40 hours in past year, but we will pay time and a half over 40 hours. We have a cat so allergies beware (no animal care expected).
