In-Home Sitter For 9 Month Old

We are looking for someone to watch our 9-month-old son, likely beginning the end of March/early April. My husband and I have very flexible jobs that will allow for flexibility in the position, but we are looking for 2-3 days a week, usually 9 a.m. (occasionally 8)-4 p.m. in our home. We would LOVE to find someone with a passion for education and developmental activities, with an outgoing personality to help our little guy blossom. We have a 2-year-old daughter but she will be at school during this time, and we have 1 large gentle giant dog. Given our close-knit family and work environments, it will need to be a good and comfortable fit! Perfect position for retired/part-time employees, or flexible students.
