About the job
We have two boys ages 5 months and 2. 5 years and a friendly maltipoo. Our younger boy stays at home while our older boy attends school in the morning. The ideal situation would be watching the baby while we drop off the youngest at school, taking the baby to pick up our toddler at noon and taking them back home, feeding them and getting them down for a nap before we would get home at around 4 p.m. My work is somewhat flexible, so I could probably take the toddler home and then work from home in the afternoon if transportation would be a challenge. We have a fenced in yard which is great for the kids and dog so no walks would be required. We tend to favor a Montessori approach.
