Nanny Needed For My Children In Columbia.

K is about to be 1 years old. She is a very happy baby, and very quick to learn. She loves to play and crawl around, she is standing and take a few steps on her own, so she'll be walking very soon. She naps 3 times a day, sometimes 2 if they are longer naps. We are trying to only give her bottles at bed time and nap times, and baby foods and snacks the rest of the day. I need her to be watched at the sitters house, as I have pets and step kids that will be home at mine, and the distractions will be high. My main concern with being a working mother is that she is getting the attention she deserves while I am at work.
