Looking For A Long-term Nanny For 2 Children Who Can Bond With Our Special Needs Daughter

We are looking for a long-term nanny for our 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter. 40 hrs/week, Monday-Thursday, 7:45-5:30 to help with school drop-off/pickup, taking our daughter to therapies as-needed, and providing attentive care. Our son is active, smart, and love stories, pretend play, and singing. Our daughter is all smiles all the time and loves to laugh. She has a neurological disorder causing delays, so in many ways she is more akin to caring for a 1-year-old in terms of the level of supervision needed and support for eating/dressing/diapering. She is non-verbal, has well-controlled epilepsy, and a dairy allergy. We need someone who can bond with her and is comfortable helping keep her safe and supporting her development and medical needs. We would love to find a long-term fit for our family!
