About the job
I am a single mom who works out of town looking for a nanny who can live in during the times I am away. Care begins after school at 4 p.m. and ends at school drop off at 9:15 a.m. Care will happen at my home. K. is 9 years old and requires supervision to get ready for school and to end his day. He does get medication twice a day. His meals are prepped in advance and will require just addition of fresh ingredients. Lunch needs to be prepared every day. This job is ideal for a kind, compassionate, child-oriented person. Being a student at PT, OT or nursing school is an advantage. The ideal candidate would give us 10 days a month, but being able to do 3 to 5 days a month is acceptable. Where care occurs on a weekend, respite would be provided between 9 a.m. and 4 p. m-one has the option to work for pay. Starts October 28 to November 1.
