About the job
Our amazing nanny of 2 years finishes her masters degree in December, so we are in search of a new caregiver for our 2 daughters. Z will be 3 on Oct 20, and E will turn 1 in March. We also have an overly friendly husky dog, so comfort with large dogs is a must. Our ideal candidate is comfortable balancing the needs of an infant (likely crawling, eating purees by December) with a very active and creative 3-year-old (able to gently correct and distract when she plays too rough with sister and/or when jealous of attention sister is getting). Playing pretend, making up games, reading stories, playing outside are all favorite activities. If you know about kid shows and princesses, Z will adore you. While Z is at school on t/th mornings, you'll just have the baby. Dad works from home. Occasional babysitting pre-Dec would be great.
