Baby will be 12 weeks old and mom is going back to work. I am looking for someone to help with the baby at my home 2 days a week and maybe some overnights. She is a wonderful child who has her days and night mixed up. She does get gassy, and has some reflux. I would like someone who will give her lots of attention and focus mainly on her and what she needs.
