About the job
I need a baby sitter with some flexibility in their day schedule as I need someone more during the summer than I do the rest of the year. My children are homeschooled, so I need some care during the non-summer months as well, on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Keeping up with the kids messes, and light house cleaning will be part of the job. The two most important things to me are someone who is good with the children, and who is really reliable.
