My child will be almost 3 mos old when I go back to work so he's not super active yet. He does a lot of sleeping but when he's awake he just wants to hangout, do tummy time and learn how to be a baby. We would just need to someone to feed him, change him and play with him until either mom or dad comes home. Dad normally is home first anywhere from 3 to 7 p.m. until he starts his new job soon, then he'll always be home around 3ish. Mom will most likely work afternoons, getting home around 8 to 9ish
