In Home Nanny

About the job

I am looking for someone to care for my 15-month-old while me and her father are at work. She can be clingy at times and loves affection. She is also very independent and will try to do things she may not be big enough for. She lives with her two older cousins so always wants to be doing what they are doing. My expectations are really just making sure she has breakfast and lunch, being sure she is not hurting herself, playing with her, and making sure her diaper/hygiene needs are met. I work full time myself where I work 10-12 hours but there will always be someone to relieve you at 3 p.m. Her dad does have an outside job so there may be a day here and there he is able to be home with her. My schedule is in the process of being changed so the days may not always be the same every week but there will always be 2-3 days I will be needing childcare. We do have two dogs that live in the house, so I would need someone who is comfortable with dogs. My sister is always home working from 4 a.m. to 12 pm, and sometimes my brother in law is home the first half of the day but his schedule is different everyday so he's not always home. Since they have two children of their own, they aren't able to always be paying attention/care for my child, which is why I'm needing someone to help out.
