Nanny Needed For My Child

I'm currently looking to move to the Minneapolis (or surrounding areas) to be closer to work and I'm looking for a full-time PCA for my son. We do have a PCA agency based out of Zimmerman who you'd get established with. My son is 3 and has global developmental delay. He's very sociable and has an easygoing nature. He just needs extra support specifically with learning and development as we are getting closer to preschool. In addition to this, caring for him during the day. Making meals, activities, possibly assisting me in medical appointments. Etc. I'm looking for someone who is great with kids, specifically kiddos who have special needs. Also, if you are in school for early childhood development, nursing, or rehab services would be wonderful but again not a requirement.
