My son has autism and sensory processing disorder. He needs someone who is able to handle his behaviors and understand how to redirect to a positive reinforcing activity. Also engage in play throughout the time that you're carrying for him. He does engage in self-injurious behavior and sometimes will have aggression towards others. A background in ABA therapy would be preferred. A background in special needs education would be preferred
