My schedule varies. I work two 12 hour shifts a week. So, possibly driving her to and from school and spending some time with her in the evening. Or, if it is a weekend day she wouldn't have school and it would be a longer day. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
