About the job
Located at our home In Savage, MN. (A) is our daughter! She is 12 years old and is diagnosed with Cornelia DeLange Syndrome. She is a pretty cool kid, and has some special needs. She is delayed in her speech and development. She loves people, music, dancing and will push all of your buttons! She likes being at home with her family, dog, iPad - biking, motorbiking and riding a scooter. (A) can be challenging when she doesn't get what she wants (usually her electronic devices) but is redirectable easily with humor, music and dancing. We hope to work with a firm but fair female caregiver. You will interview with our family and be hired by our PCA company at a rate of $17-$19/hr (DOE). A few hours of training are required. (paid) Evening and weekend hours available during the school year with more hours possible during the summer.
