Unique position- I need someone "on-call" every Wednesday from 6am-4 p.m. while my husband is at work. If I end up needing you to watch my boys you'll get paid $30/hr. If I don't end up needing you that day I'll still pay you $50 daily stipend for staying available during that time in case something comes up last minute.
