We'd love to find someone who is warm and kind and also willing to reinforce household rules as needed. Someone who has a genuine interest in engaging the girls in play and activities both inside and outside (weather permitting). Ideally we'd prefer someone with experience. Willingness and interest in helping with learning and development is a plus. Needs to be reliable, with strong communication, etc. I work from home, so I'd be around most days if there's an issue that requires our attention, but will otherwise be working. We'd like to meet with someone ASAP so we can find a good fit for our family!
