I am seeking someone patient and responsible to watch my non-verbal autistic son and occasionally my neurotypical son 2-3 days/week from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at my home. Potty training is ongoing, so you will need to assist him with toileting or pull-up changes. He is an elopement risk and will not typically respond to his name or verbal commands (this is improving!) I keep a tracker on him at all times. He is sweetheart and loves books, music, animals, and singing. He goes with the flow, and it is typically easy to anticipate his needs. His brother is a huge help and advocate! PAY: $20+/hour
