Flexible, Dedicated Nanny

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Laundry: Do the kids' laundry, may occasionally ask for help with ours. Meal Preparation: Some weeks will need you to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we will leave food items and often a meal plan to make it easier. Errands / groceries: May need to occasionally go grocery shopping or unload groceries once delivered. Light Housekeeping: Tidy up the girls' rooms, play room, occasionally the common areas (kitchen), emptying and reloading the dishwasher. Pick-up or Drop-off: Bring kids to after school activities (contemplating dance classes), to and from school, and to other fun activities like the zoo or playgrounds for entertainment. Schedule Details: Schedule varies from week to week. Some weeks may be 60hours some may be less. Looking for about 2 weeks a month (splitting time with another nanny). About the child(ren): Baby is about 4. 5 months old (born August 2024), she loves to be around people and be engaged, also has some fussy times when tired or hungry. Our oldest is 3 and goes to preK 3 times a week (MWF). She's very chatty, very fun, and loves to run around and play pretend. She follows instructions very well, but is also a 3-year-old who likes to test boundaries. She's a big helper and is really good to her baby sister. We would expect that the nanny has her own transportation, no traffic violations, and will be able to do pick up and drop off to school which is about 20-25 minutes away. Our schedule can be very erratic. Some weeks are very busy with incredibly long days and some weeks are quite a bit lighter. We may request a weekend, but very very rarely (maybe once every few months at most). We have a spare bedroom in case the weather is bad if you would like to stay the night if it's a late night and next day is an early morning.
