Babysitter For Active 2-year- Old

Skilled babysitter needed for my 2-year-old son. He is high energy and needs someone who is very engaging. We prefer to keep him with the tv off during babysitting hours, and instead would prefer him to play with his educational toys, color, or play in the sport court (or outside when it's warm). I really need help keeping him occupied and having fun, as I am now pregnant with our next child it is getting harder for me to chase him around. I will do my best to have all snacks/drinks/lunches prepared ahead of time so that you don't have to worry about meal prep. Days might vary since occasionally I will have a doctor's appointment or other type of appointment I need to get to. We have a mini Goldendoodle named Betty, who may or may not be wandering around the house. She mostly stays in my husband's office during the day. We are pretty relaxed in terms of discipline as of now since our son has a speech delay. He can't fully express what he needs just yet, so he sometimes will get frustrated. I prefer to stay as calm as possible so he can mirror my behavior. We would love our babysitter to be the "fun one" he gets excited to hangout with. We value kindness above everything. Lead with a kind heart. Bounce house, sports, stacking toys, cars! He needs help with talking. Always encourage conversation even if he doesn't exactly make sense ! Parking available 1 female mini Goldendoodle - she's a calm dog that loves getting pets.
