Household Helper (Kids & Dog)

Looking for a trustworthy and reliable household helper to be responsible for a variety of tasks 5-12 hours/week on days and times that work best for you! We have three kids (ages 9, 7, and 4) and a medium-sized dog. We're looking for someone to manage the following in our home: Before or After School Support -- Depending on availability and as needed, be present and attentive to the kids before or after school -- ensuring that they have before bus pick up breakfast or after school snacks, have what they need completed before or after school (e. g., morning routines, backpacks packed, homework help, rooms picked up, etc.), and spend time playing with and engaging them if we have work or activities with the other kids. Laundry -- Run washing and drying cycles, folding, organizing, and putting away clothes for the family. General Cleaning and Tidying Up -- We have a bi-weekly cleaner, so no deep cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, etc. expected, but we'd like for someone to make sure the house is picked up, free from clutter, and surfaces wiped down and clean. Organization -- Take on special organizing projects (e. g., refrigerator clean out, organizing shelves, cabinets, toys, games, etc.) and put away grocery deliveries. Meal Prep -- Manage crockpot or Instapot meals, ingredient prep and preheating oven for dinner every so often. Dishes -- Load and unload the dishwasher and put dishes away. Errands -- Run errands from time to time, including UPS drop offs, returns, Target pick-ups, etc. Other -- Let the dog out, take the dog for walks if you'd like, identify when food or household supplies are running low, evening babysitting from time to time if interested and available, propose other helpful ideas or projects, etc.
