Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We need a nanny for our 2 (sometimes 3) children. And we're looking now! Likely will need a M-W-F Nanny to watch our 7-month-old for the full day, and there would be part-time watching our 3-year-old son as well. He will be in pre-school, but not the entire day. One of the parents will be in the home (WFH). We also have a daughter in Kindergarten who may be around on some days but not regularly due to school. We are looking for somebody comfortable with babies who is interested in development play and activities, who also can shift gears and play with an energetic 3-year-old who loves sports and games.
