Looking For A Unicorn Of A Caregiver/Nanny

Hello! My husband and I are looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to care for our (almost) 1-year-old daughter. My mom currently helps watch her and is just looking to free up 1-2 days a week for her medical appointments, etc, so that is all we would need. This is also likely temporary until daycare starts in March. We keep her on a schedule/routine during the day and she sticks with it very well. She's the BEST baby. She naps well, eats well, etc. We do have two dogs in our home. The start date and which days my mom will still take her are all flexible. I'm happy to answer any questions! Our values in a caregiver include punctuality, honesty, reliability, and communication. Our daughter loves music, playing, crawling, exploring, walks, books, etc. she's not hard to please Our daughter simply needs the basic care of a baby her age. Feeding (solids and sippy cup), changing, being put down for her nap, playing, etc. We are looking for someone who has experience, education, and certifications. (CPR, First Aid) Someone who is patient and able to handle a sometimes fussy, but nearly always happy baby (teething is tough). We're also looking for someone to respect and stick to our daily routine.
