We're looking for someone active that can keep up with 3 busy kids. When looking for a nanny the most important part will be someone that is consistent with their available hours. We're specifically looking to replace daycare and our concern is replacing a reliable source of care with a single person. We live on a lake so our kids would require swimming supervision. We also have good outside space with a playset and trampoline. When the weather is good, we would expect as much outside/active time as possible. We could potentially negotiate and offer a live-in position as well.
