Fully-Time Nanny

Hi there! My name is Megan and I am looking for a full-time nanny starting around July! My husband and I farm so we are looking for a person who is very flexible schedule-wise (harvest usually start around late September. Until then we are looking for some standard hourly help during the week days!). We run a busy life but are also very laid back. We have a soon to be 5-year-old boy, boy-girl twins - soon to be 4 and a 1. 5-year-old boy! Every day is different with our schedule. Mostly due to weather. Sometimes we start early in the morning and run past supper and some days only require a few hours of help! We just built a home on the farm next to Wade's parent's. We found our previous nannies on Care. com and we've adored them all! Our current nanny is back in college and moving to pursue her career so we are needing to fill her place!
