About the job
Hello, My daughter is disabled and has brain damage but she is ambulatory. She cannot speak but she will show you what she wants by pointing or bringing your hand to what she wants. She makes noises but does not speak. Her noises can be loud but she is harmless. I am mainly looking for a PCA of sorts that can pass a background check. The pay will be $22 an hour for a few hours but her schedule between my house and her father's house changes each week. (2 days on, 2 days off, then switching weekends). In person I can share more about what she likes to eat, what she likes to watch and her stimming patterns. Her diagnosis include Autism, Speech and Language Disorder and Autism. She does go to Autism Therapy Monday-Friday 8am-430 p.m. but sometimes the afternoons and weekends can be hectic and that is mainly what I am looking for help for.
