Safety and someone we can trust is most important in terms of values we are looking for in a caregiver. I feel that we have a very trusting and loving bond in our family and we would love someone who's able to bond and connect with us H loves playing on the floor with his toys. He loves listening to music and dancing with us. He loves babbling and face to face time. He loves watching us do everyday tasks. He's a busy boy! H needs support with his growing brain and development. For example, he is learning how to sit independently. Someone who is able to support him in his milestones is important. We are looking for someone who is gentle and kind. Someone who is patient. Prefer someone who has experience with infants. Non smoker. Responsible. Dedicated to safety. Attentive. We do not currently have any pets.
