Flexible Days- split job: work 1 to 3 days/week M- F. Half of the job your time is your own. Start at 3 a.m. when children are sleeping and I am getting ready to go to work (I leave by 3:30 a.m. ). Your own time between 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. Kids wake about 6:30. Would need to get them up, dressed (they largely do this themselves) snack and off to school/day care. Car not necessarily required.
