Part Time Nanny For 20-Month Old

I am looking for a caregiver for my 20-month-old son, who is full of energy, loves to stay active, and values minimal screen time. He enjoys outdoor play, walks, dancing to music, reading books, climbing and hands-on activities like blocks and simple crafts. A caregiver who enjoys engaging play and outdoor time would be a great fit. He takes one nap in the early afternoon that lasts between 1-2 hours, and during that time, I would appreciate light tidying like picking up toys, wiping counters, or doing the dishes. We are a Christian family and would love someone who aligns with our values. Overall, were looking for a patient, energetic, and nurturing caregiver who will engage him throughout the day.
