Part Time Nanny - Active 4 Years Old!

I need a reoccurring Babysitter for my Son he is 4 years old and currently in preschool. I do work from home and need care during my working hours. Once the school year ends the hours may increase and more days of care may also be needed. We are looking for someone that can fulfill at least a year of care with us. My son is in various therapies so we are looking for someone that is willing to play with him but also incorporate skills into play such as doing creative project getting him to color or write or draw and learning to cut and read. My son loves to play with cars, trucks and dinosaurs. We encourage reading books as much as possible but we also allow screen time. He is a quieter child and can be shy. He had seizures as an infant so he is just a tad delayed, but the therapies and preschool have really helped him leaps and bounds.
