About the job
I have 3 children but one is only in the home every other week typically. That one is the oldest. The oldest is extremely helpful and even sometimes pretty independent. On top of that the oldest also has a high activity level and some occupational therapy needs as well has behavioral therapy. In home it can look like textures of meals, timeouts, or something else but again its not all the time and its not heavy duty. The middle one is being potty trained but with the overnight care I'm looking for, would typically be wearing a pull up. Sleeps well. The youngest would have just been born and I'm unsure of all the needs yet but the biggest thing would be making bottles during the night for baby. It would be breastmilk so comfortability with that and washing the dishes is important to me. The youngest would be in diapers.
