**Job Posting: Childcare Teacher's Aide
**Type:** Full-Time/Part-Time
**Location:** 6000 Culligan Way, Minnetonka
**Pay:** $15-$17 per hour
**Hours:** Care is provided between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their early development? We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Assistant at our small, loving center where children are our top priority.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the lead teacher in the classroom with daily lessons and activities.
- Provide care for children, including diaper changes, feeding, and bottle preparation.
- Engage children in singing, storytelling, and interactive play.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by sanitizing toys, cleaning dishes, and maintaining overall classroom cleanliness.
- Collaborate with a welcoming and supportive team of teachers to create a nurturing atmosphere.
**Qualifications:**
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Experience in childcare is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A warm, patient, and nurturing personality.
