Were looking for a kind, creative nanny to keep our 3. 5-year-old (soon to be 4) engaged throughout the day. Reliability is important, as well as having a car to bring our daughter to and from activities during the week. We dont allow screen time during the day and expect our caregiver to be fully present and not on their phone while with our child.
