Seeking Nanny Or Nanny Share For 5 Month Old Starting April

Seeking a nanny or a nanny share for a 5-month-old starting April. Hours would be Monday-Thursday, 8:30-4:30 - we may have some flexibility on this. About us: we are a young family with our first baby boy. He is currently 4 months old. He is a good napper, takes a bottle well and is super social! I work from home on Mondays so I will be in the house. About our house: We are located in northeast minneapolis, in the Waite park neighborhood. Our house does have a medium/large dog so we are seeking someone comfortable with pets. This person will be asked to feed the dog and let him into the fully fenced yard. Our nursery is on the second floor, with this in mind we need someone does not have any concerns with ascending/descending steps.
