Nanny Needed For 7-Year-Old Child.

My child is a funny, interesting child who is also high-functioning autistic. He needs someone who can engage him in play, care for his basic needs and keep him on a safe routine. He does best with someone who is patient, funny and can work through any outbursts with humor and love. I need someone to pick him up Tues. evening, do dinner and bedtime, and stay until my 17- or 18-year-old arrives home (9-10 at the latest), or leave after bedtime if older kids are home. Then, return at 6:30 the next morning to get him ready and on the bus. Same for Wed. night/Thurs. morning. Occasional overnights. The only housekeeping is cleaning up dinner dishes. We have two cats. I'm also looking for someone who can do this for a whole week for occasional travel. He recently lost his father, so someone who is grief-informed is a bonus.
