Nanny Needed For My Children In Minneapolis.

My wife and I have three kids (two boys and a girl) aged 8, 6, and 2. The 8-year-old has cerebral palsy who is non-verbal who communicates through comings and a speech device and still working on potty training. He is a friendly and loving soul who is able to communicate his needs and tells jokes. The six and 2-year-old are typical. We are looking for help in the mornings (7-9:30) and afternoon (3:45-6:00). Tasks in the morning involve getting the kids ready for school/daycare and walking the two boys to school next door at 9:20. Afternoon tasks would be picking up the oldest at 3:45 and hanging out with him until we home. We would also pay for further hours in the evening and with housework during the day. We prefer someone who can do mornings and afternoons but are interested in people who can only one or the other as well.
