Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Minneapolis

I'm looking for a great nanny and/or sitter for 1 child (10mo). *Could be two different individuals. We do have a dog, so please consider that when applying. I'm looking for help 2 days a week when I go to the office - days might vary. Initially, I believe the commitment would be 8-10hrs a week with the possibility of growth. I might ask that you come to the office with me at times - there is a space for child care and activity . I am also interested in a babysitting level position that might be 2-3hrs 1 night a week (with the possibility of additional times as needed).
