Part-Time Nanny - Flexible On Days - 1 Infant, 1 Toddler

We like to have our children spend lots of time outside (as a goal, we're a 1, 000 hours outside family), with no or minimal screen time at the moment. We love to have a variety of enriching experiences for our kids, prioritize books and reading and language learning. Our toddler is currently very into cars, play-doh, "cooking", and swimming and climbing. Faith is an important part of our lives. We have great resources for playing at home and in our yard with multiple parks nearby. We would certainly be open to having our nanny take our kids on "outings". Job start and end time and even days can be somewhat flexible, just looking for around 12-16 hours of work time during the week. We have a rescue dog that would typically stay in a room with mom while working, but nanny would need to be comfortable around the dog as well.
