Searching For Flexible 10hr/wk Daytime Sitter For 1.5 Yo

We are looking for a great part time nanny for 1 child in the Minneapolis, Linden Hills area. Our daughter stays home with her dad, but we are hoping to have someone for about 10 hours a week during the day, which can be very flexible week by week, or which we can lock in on particular days and times. It can be anytime between 8-5, ideally about 4-5 hours a day, twice a week. We'd love this person to have some availability for evening baby sitting occasionally. This person should be English speaking, comfortable with dogs, non-smoker, and have good experience with toddlers.
