Our child is immunocompromised child so vaccinated required since he has a heart condition and will be behind developmentally a little bit. We are making a strong effort to keep him on track. He is currently 6. 5 months old but will be closer to 8 months old by the time we will need a nanny in February 2025. We are ideally looking for 2-3 days a week during the workday so we can continue working. Start date is flexible, it may be a little bit later than early February.
