Minneapolis - T15227 Location: Minneapolis MN Schedule: Full Time: Start: February 2025 Children: 2 children ages 3. 5 years and 5 months Salary: $23-$25/Hour *This position requires a COVID/FLU vaccinated candidate* We are looking for a nanny to take care of second daughter age 5 months, on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who can: Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure optimal feeding, napping, and playtime. Engage infant in stimulating activities to support their cognitive and motor development. Maintain a safe and clean environment, including sterilizing bottles and toys. Collaborate with parents to address specific needs and preferences for each child. Document daily activities, milestones, and observations to track the child's progress. Design and implement age-appropriate sensory play activities for cognitive development. Understand child development - knowledge in infant development stages and age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, intellectual, and social growth In addition to the requirements listed for our youngest, we are looking for some additional help around the home and with our 3. 5-year-old before and after she goes to full-time daycare. These include: Occasionally assist in pick-up/drop-off at daycare Assisting around the house when the father has to travel for work Helping prep dinner Potentially helping the kids to sleep on a case by case basis
